Primary PurposeAs working supervisor establish routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building and grounds operations.
Qualifications- Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:
Ability to direct, read, write, and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures. - Good oral communication skills
- Complete knowledge in techniques for minor building repairs
- Complete knowledge in building and grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate, maintain, and lift all cleaning equipment
- Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
- Ability to supervise and train custodians in equipment operations, building and grounds maintenance procedures
- Minimum Experience: Three to five years of successful custodial experience in a school setting

Pay Grade: 03
Calendar: 250
Salary: Minimum Hourly Rate: $12.41
