We provide spiritual support during hospital stays, extending compassion and caring to patients, families, and staff in times of physical, emotional, and spiritual distress.

• Assist patients, families, and staff with spiritual and faith‑based needs.
• Provide guidance, recommendations, and resources related to spiritual care.
• Ensure religious beliefs and values are considered in the plan of care.
• Serve as a leader in pastoral ministry and foster a community of care within the health system.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
