Pathology - Anatomic and Clinical
Join our team as a Pathologist specializing in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and make a meaningful impact in patient care. This key role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing diagnostic expertise that supports clinical decision-making and improves health outcomes. We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to excellence in pathology.
Required Skills:
- Board certification in Pathology (AP/CP or combined)
- Pristine diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality standards
- Ability to interpret complex medical data accurately
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clinical teams
Skills:
- Subspecialty expertise in Gynecologic/Surgical Pathology
- Prior experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency with digital pathology tools
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of a pathology residency program
- At least 2 years of post-residency experience, preferably in a hospital or academic setting
- Valid medical licensure in the state of practice
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call duties after hours, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to specialize in Gynecologic/Surgical Pathology if applicable
- Certification in Cytopathology is a plus
- Ability to handle travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
