HEB Wellness Primary Care was founded to improve the health of Partners (employees) and help patients achieve their healthiest life possible. We serve Texans in over 13 outpatient clinics, ages 12+. Primary Care Physicians deliver holistic, patient-centered care and act as the quarterback of care, coordinating with specialists and other providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment. We focus on attracting, developing, and retaining strong clinical talent and leadership, driving health outcomes and quality improvements through continuous learning and innovation.

Our delivery of healthcare aims to be accessible, convenient, engaging, and complete, with services including primary care, nutrition, physical medicine, care navigation, and more.
- Work as part of an integrated health team to provide evidence-based care and develop/implement patient care management plans to ensure continuity of care.
- Commit to a care model that limits daily volume to allow time for quality patient care.
- Support clinical and leadership growth and stability; practice at the peak of licensure with appropriate supervision of APPs when applicable.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited Medical School
- Board certification or board eligibility in family or internal medicine
- Current, active license to practice in Texas
- Current, unrestricted DEA
- Potential for supervision of APPs
- Project/initiative work
