** Field Lead
** to join our construction/O&M team in Harlingen, TX. The Field Lead will supervise and direct the work of laborers and operators on the construction site to ensure a safety, timely, and high quality product.

** RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* + Monitor, direct, and coach job site personnel.

+ Operate equipment and do manual laborer when necessary

+ Inspecting heavy equipment and addressing vehicle/equipment maintenance

+ Proactive problem solving with resources and scheduled milestones.

+ Ensuring manpower and resources are appropriate to successfully execute plans.

+ Direct personnel and adjust priorities

+ Implement project schedules and employee work plans.

+ Delegate when appropriate to focus on higher priority needs.

+ Ensure and emphasize compliance with all safety precautions, policies and plans.

** REQUIREMENTS:*
* + High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

+ 2+ years of relevant construction lead or equivalent experience.

+ Extensive OSHA guidelines knowledge/experience.

+ Solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
