Base pay: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Carwash/Gas Attendant, you will support Sam’s Club operations by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring efficient sales and inventory processes.

• Communicate membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members to assist with account decisions.
• Provide customer member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintain the car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, and accurately pricing signage.
• Handle claims, returns, and merchandise supply procedures in accordance with company policies, identifying shrink and damages.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, log required paperwork.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, pumps, and related tools to process customer purchases and support transaction processing.
• Maintain equipment and promote products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and a safe work environment.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00
* Premiums: $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Prior experience in retail, gas station, or car wash operations.
• Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic math and cashier experience.
