Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2374) – Target. Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing in the context of clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, Drive-up, and maintain compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to stay focused and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 lbs frequently and up to 44 lbs occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile for shift duration.
