Position Overview

The managing partner in training will rapidly acclimate to Crunch culture, demonstrate a performance‑management mentality, and operate with speed and urgency to deliver outcomes. The role creates a warm, kind, and hospitable environment for team members and members alike, fostering goal achievement in a non‑judgmental setting.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business to profitability and energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are completed timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and score performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard amazing talent.
• Co‑coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Focus on member‑centric, exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a crisp, clean facility with equipment operating at 100% uptime.
• Monitor employee payroll and scheduling to ensure the club is adequately staffed at all times.
• Have a command of all offerings, amenities, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting staff goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of fitness facility service‑oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 employees.
• Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management.
• CPR/AED certification required (obtainable within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action, innovate, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in opportunity.

Physical Requirements

This is a physical role requiring frequent lifting or moving up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred.

Compensation (Salary)

• $45,000 – $50,000 (depending on experience)
• $60,000 potential total annual compensation
• Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
