Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr the hourly wage and additional compensation may vary by location and are based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.

The role focuses on keeping the facility and member areas clean and well-maintained to ensure a positive first and last impression for members.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.

Supports a positive member experience through consistent cleanliness and maintenance across the facility.
