• Month 1: 10 consecutive days of call, Month 2: extended weekend coverage
• 4 patients per shift with 4 phone consults and 4 admissions per 24 hours
• In-house call with 30 minute response time required
• General surgery procedures including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
• GI endoscopy procedures including upper, lower, and colonoscopy
• Adult and pediatric surgery coverage required
• Call ratio of 10 with 20% call back rate
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
