PAX Resource Consulting, a rapidly growing company specializing in independent medical evaluations and medical review services, is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant / Medical Records Coordinator for our medical/legal office in central Phoenix, Arizona. We are looking for an experienced, professional who excels in customer service and administrative tasks utilisées services to insurance carriers, third‑party administrators, self‑insured employers, and law firms.

- Data Processing:
Data entry, data preparation, tracking, and documentation. - Client Communication:
Frequent interaction with clients, physicians, and examinees via phone and email. In-Office Exams: - Compliance:
Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations. Scheduling: - Medical Records:
Organize, scan, copy, and upload medical records and legal utils, documents. - Report Formatting:
Assist in formatting physician reports and dictation. - General Office Duties:
Filing, answering phones, and preparing exam rooms.
Assist in chaperoning medical exams.
Manage appointment calendar and maintain exam room preparations.
- Experience:
Minimum of three years in clerical or customer service roles (or equivalent experience). - Education:
High School Graduate (minimum). - Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License required. - Language:
English/Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general internet usage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer Service:
Excellent communication skills with a professional, courteous approach. - Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
- Experience with medical terminology or insurance claims a plus.
- Experience in a medical, legal office, insurance industry, or workers’ compensation setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet
ERE deadlines with minimal supervision. - Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
