Nursery Assistant

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to work for our client based in the North London Haringey area.

The successful candidate will play apart in helping to inspire childrenwithin the nursery setting, exemplifying good practice and being a role model for others.

The successful postholder will ensure that children are safe, cared for and educated to the highest standard at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
• Managing a daily schedule that includes activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time
• Observing children and taking notes of any problematic behaviour
• Feeding and changing babies
• Communicating with parents and staff members
• Ensuring the safety of children
• Helping children learn numeracy and language through daily activities

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the EYFS
• Motivated individual who will be passionate about delivering an exceptional standard of care, thrive in a team environment.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service

Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday
