Project Manager – Residential Development (24 Apartments)
Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 24-unit residential apartment scheme. The successful candidate will join the project at a critical stage, with an immediate start available and work secured through to the end of the year.

This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager with a house building or residential construction background, experienced in managing finishing and fit-out stages through to practical completion.

Scope of Works:

* Brickwork

* Kitchens and bathrooms

* Second fix works

* General internal fit-out and finishing trades

Key Responsibilities:

* Overall management of the project from current stage through to completion

* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site activities

* Management of programme, quality standards and site health & safety

* Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with specifications and drawings

* Liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers

* Progress reporting and resolution of site-related issues

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager on residential or house building developments

* Strong knowledge of internal fit-out and finishing stages

* Proven ability to manage multiple trades and drive programme

* Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills

* Ability to start immediately or at short notice
