School Administrator - Primary School - Haringey (Part-Time)

A welcoming and well-organised Primary School in Haringey is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their office team on a part-time, Monday to Friday basis. This School Administrator role is offered on consistent morning hours, working 8:00am or 8:30am until 12:30pm each day.

This is a key front-office position, and the successful School Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the daily running of the school. Due to the systems in place, only applicants with prior ARBOR experience will be considered for this School Administrator position.

Key responsibilities of the School Administrator include:

Managing daily administrative tasks as a School Administrator in a busy primary school office

Using ARBOR confidently for pupil records, attendance, and general administration

Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors as the School Administrator

Supporting senior leaders with clerical and organisational duties

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times

This School Administrator role requires:

Proven experience working as a School Administrator within a UK primary school

Essential experience using ARBOR - applications without ARBOR experience will not be considered

Strong communication and organisational skills expected of a School Administrator

The ability to work independently during morning hours

A professional and friendly manner suitable for a school environment
