Logistics Coordinator

(Harahan, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work safely while handling inventory and warehouse equipment.

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Load and unload trucks and move materials using pallet jacks or other equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and tracking items in warehouse systems
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and report damaged or missing items to supervisors

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or scanners (training may be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include heat, cold, or dust
• Manual dexterity to handle tools, scanners, and packaging materials
