Responsibilities
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
  • Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by recommending the best innovative solution for each customer’s needs.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
  • Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
  • Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
  • Recommend to customers based on your inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions and setting expectations.
  • Use the iPad we provide to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications
  • No experience required; sales experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers inside businesses and homes.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including occasional OSHA‑compliant respirator.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
