Job brief- TGT English Teacher
We are looking for a committed  English Teacher  of TGT/PGT profile to complement our qualified workforce of educators. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school's requirements. He/She will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. The goal is to help cultivate the students' interest in education who are coming from the underprivileged section of the society and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.
Responsibilities:
Teaching English subject to Middle to Senior Secondary classes (VI to XII)
Perform all duties and tasks assigned by school authorities diligently and efficiently.
Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback
Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
Observe and understand students' behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
Assist students in enhancing their English-speaking skills and develop Spoken English module for the same.
Train students in compering/hosting events/script writing.
Take general knowledge/life skills sessions and other classes/substitution periods as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Proven experience of atleast 04 years as a  TGT/PGT   teacher  comfortable in teaching English subject to Middle to Senior Secondary classes (VI to XII).

Well-organized and committed to work for the children from the underprivileged section of the society and ready to work in a Day-Boarding School set-up.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and should have zeal, sound moral values and dedication to serve the weaker section of the society.
Be active, creative and energetic.
PG Degree in teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education (B.Ed.).
Should be flexible enough to adhere to the timings of the school i.e. 08 AM to 04 PM.

Salary and Benefits
Offered CTC:
Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 PM or depending on the candidate's performance in the interview.
PF and Mediclaim Facility.
Cab facility available from Noida/Ghaziabad/Pilkhuwa with applicable charges.
