Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview

Are you passionate about building innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform? Flextrack is seeking a Salesforce Developer to help drive the evolution of our Vendor Management System (VMS). In this role, you’ll primarily focus on Salesforce development and integration work, with a strong emphasis on supporting and implementing Workday integration scenarios.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and configure a multi-tenant, distributed application using Salesforce technologies
• Build and maintain integration solutions, with a strong focus on Workday integration scenarios to support client needs
• Assist users by providing support, answering questions, and promoting platform adoption
• Deliver timely solutions to technical challenges, ensuring smooth application performance
• Perform unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure all requirements are met

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Experience in platform development, including Dev Ops and system integration
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Workday HRIS, including architecture, data structures, and integration points
• Proficient in SOQL and SOSL
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes through scalable architecture
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into non-technical language for stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and best practices in development, testing, workflows, reporting, and sustainment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Digital Experience (Communities)
• Experience with ETL tools and systems such as CRM, ERP, BI, Data Warehousing, or HRIS (especially Workday)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as VS Code, ANT, Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git Hub, and Bit Bucket
• Active Salesforce certifications, such as:
  Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce Architect Certifications
