Sam's Club - 261 Wilson Avenue - Responsibilities:
Maintains area of responsibility by handling returns and zoning; organizes merchandise and identifies shrink and damages;
Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Handles transactions including self-checkout, processing purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies;
Assists with securing assets and documentation; following emergency procedures and safety practices;
Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology
