Robotic Welder

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Robotic Welder to join their team. As a Robotic Welder, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Robotic Welder

Location: Hanover, PA

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Safely operate a Vectis Automation MIG cobot welding cell.
• Load and unload parts and fixtures according to work instructions.
• Start and monitor welding programs during production runs.
• Perform visual inspection of welds and finished parts to ensure quality standards.
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools as required to verify weld quality.

What's Needed?

• Basic MIG welding exposure or technical school coursework.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle parts safely.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
