Operate bakery processing equipment to produce product within QA guidelines and high quality standards;
Read and follow batch sheets and recipes, accurately weighing raw materials;
Monitor temperatures, moisture, and mix times; adjust as needed to ensure product quality;
Perform equipment changeovers and preventative maintenance; troubleshoot and shut down equipment as required;
Maintain sanitation and safety standards; log data and report quality issues to supervision
