Maintain accurate records by updating inventory, auditing billing codes, and supporting invoice accuracy;
Build new items in the WMS system and assist with freight arrangements, carrier issues, and damage reports;
Support smooth operations by running reports, completing paperwork, and cross-training with CSR team members
