Requirements
Must have:- BS degree with 4+ years of relevant technical experience, or MS degree with 2+ years of relevant technical experience, or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proficiency in Python or C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging software applications and systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming (preferred).
- Experience in developing Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities (preferred).
- Knowledge of low-level system internals across various platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices) (preferred).
- Background in software analysis or reverse engineering (preferred).
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible) (preferred).
- Understanding of assembly language programming principles (preferred).
- Familiar with unit testing frameworks and methodologies (preferred).
- Must possess a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance and be open to obtaining another polygraph if needed prior to employment.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the workday.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
- Execute design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
- Utilize knowledge of network and security concepts to aid in capability development.
- Provide updates on status and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure software meets quality standards and complies with development protocols.
