Requirements
- BS degree in a relevant technical discipline with 12+ years of technical work experience
- MS degree with 10+ years of technical work experience
- PhD with 8+ years of technical work experience
- High school diploma with 16+ years of technical work experience
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems
- Familiarity with low-level system internals across various platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, network devices)
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming
- Experience in developing Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities
- Proven track record in managing and leading technical CNO solution development
- Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance, with a willingness to obtain another polygraph if needed
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time
- Design and implement new hardware- and software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities
- Oversee the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems
- Create and develop end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools being developed
- Utilize expert knowledge of network and security principles to support capability development
- Provide status updates and communicate technical progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure software quality and adherence to development standards
