Senior CNO Developer

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a technical field with 8+ years of relevant work experience, or a Masters degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 12+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages
• Skills in troubleshooting and debugging issues
• Familiarity with low-level system operations on various platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming
• Experience in developing Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities
• Proven track record in leading technical CNO initiatives
• Preferred:
  Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of assembly language programming
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and methodologies
• Preferred:
  Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible
• Clearance Requirement:
  Must possess a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance and be willing to obtain an additional polygraph if required.
• Physical Requirement:
  Ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.

• Design and implement new hardware or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities
• Oversee the entire design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging phases of software applications and systems
• Conceptualize and establish end-to-end data flow and tasking for developed CNO tools
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of networking and security principles to foster capability development
• Provide regular status updates and technical progress reports to leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure software quality meets established development standards and compliance requirements
