This full-time paraprofessional position supports an elementary student with a low IQ and PTSD within a school setting. The role requires experience working in schools and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), particularly with discrete trials and behavior management techniques.

Location:

Hanover, NH
Contract Duration: ASAP through June 2026

Schedule:

Full-time, 32.5-35 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in school environments
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including discrete trial training
• Skill in addressing and managing challenging behaviors effectively
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient support for students with special needs

Responsibilities:
