As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for data entry, balancing of inventory and cash, inventory reconciliation, filing and other duties. Your goal will be to provide strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Your success will depend on your ability to be self-motivated and in the accomplishments of given tasks.

** Your Responsibilities:
*** Retrieve and print scanned documents
* Verify all beginning and ending figures
* Responsible for manually inputting inventory receipts and adjustments
* Ownership of editing and posting electronic download files
* Responsible for the verification and reconciliation of all cash and cheque payments
* Responsible for manually inputting PO numbers
* Identify inventory errors and manually input in an Access database
* Manage and update Excel inventory spreadsheet
* Manage the sorting of mail and batch paperwork and filing
** Your Skills**:
* Must be able to multi-task and can organize and prioritize own work
* Excellent communication skills are necessary, both oral and written
* Must be able to work well with others
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of MS office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
** Your
Experience:
*** High School Diploma
* Post-secondary education in business or related
* 1-3 years related experience with inventory balancing and/or accounting knowledge
