Lead Carpenter

This is a full-time position for a Lead Carpenter, located on-site in Hanover, MA. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and perform carpentry work, including planning, measuring, and building structures. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, using a variety of tools, guiding team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality. The role requires hands‑on involvement in the construction process and close collaboration with team members to meet project goals.

• Proficient skills in Carpentry, Framing, and Finish Carpentry, Siding, Window and Door Installation
• Experience using Hand Tools and Power Tools effectively and safely
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and coordinate a team
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high‑quality construction
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead carpenter role is preferred
