The prep cook is responsible for setting up workstations and ingredients to ensure food is prepared according to recipes.

• Preparing simple dishes such as appetizers, salads, and sandwiches
• Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Performing routine kitchen tasks such as stocking workstations and putting away food orders
• Performing other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in the bar industry or a related field required
• Flexible with long hours sometimes required

Compensation: USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 per hour
