Senior Project Manager, New Product Launch

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead high‑visibility new product launches and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive project timelines, and ensure every launch is executed with precision, quality, and speed.

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of new customer and product launches
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients
• Keep projects on track by managing timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 7+ years of project management/customer service experience
• Experience in an FDA‑regulated environment and knowledge of cGMPs a plus
• PMP Certification preferred
• Exceptional communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel
