Technical Writer

3-5 years of recent technical writing experience (at least 1 year in a corporate environment).

• 1 year of recent experience using a single-source authoring tool (preferably Robo Help) to create online help.
• Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, including editing and applying templates and creating and editing complex documents.
• Expert-level proficiency with English grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage.

Knowledge of computing principles and basic computing terminology used in describing procedures for using windows applications and web applications.

Bachelor's degree in a writing field, such as Technical Writing.
