Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong ability to define business problems, gather requirements, and propose solutions
- Extensive experience in Payments domain and execution of large programs end-to-end
- Strong end-to-end payments lifecycle knowledge (business, operations, and technology)
- Working knowledge of UK, EU, US, and APAC clearing systems
- (CBPR+, CHAPS, FPS, MEPS, RITS, CHATS)
- Functional expertise in SWIFT MT and ISO payment message formats
- Experience with microservices architecture, Kafka, JSON, XML
- Writing user stories in Gherkin format
- Executing SQL queries and working with databases
- Strong experience with JIRA and requirement management tools
- Understanding of architecture principles and design techniques
- Ability to understand code snippets, technical architecture, and data models
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work with Product Owners
- SWIFT / Payment / Trade / Settlement domain knowledge
