Lead AI​/ML

Minimum 10+ Years of Experience required.

A strong AI Leader with 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, who can lead AI/ML initiatives and drive end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams.

• Lead AI/ML strategy, design, and implementation for banking and finance projects
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into AI solutions
• Manage end-to-end AI project delivery including planning, execution, and deployment
• Build and lead AI/ML teams and provide technical guidance
• Develop AI use cases in areas such as fraud detection, risk modeling, credit scoring, automation, and customer analytics
• Ensure model governance, compliance, and best practices in financial domain

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong background in AI/ML
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
• Hands‑on knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI
• Experience with Python, ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI / AI governance
• Knowledge of data engineering and MLOps tools
• Experience in financial regulations and compliance (risk & security)
