Overview

Embark on a transformative journey as a VP - Senior Program Manager and Service Manager. At Barclays, our vision is clear – to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you will play a leading role in achieving our ambitious Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation journey. Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced program manager to drive and execute the existing IAM book of work while also leading strategic transformation initiatives to develop and mature the IAM organization.

You will be part of the CISO Change Delivery team, overseeing execution of change and transformation work within the evolving Barclays CISO organization. In this role, you will help transform the function to be more Product and Service focused.

Required experience and capabilities

To be successful as a VP - Senior Program Manager and Service Manager, you should have experience with:

  • Delivering Cyber transformation programs across a global CISO organization
  • IAM knowledge, including PAM, Identity Governance, and Access Management
  • Managing complex, regulatory-driven programs end-to-end, including business readiness and handover
  • High level communication with senior executives, using data-driven insights
  • Turning high-level strategy into actionable delivery plans
Other highly valued skills
  • Comfortable build stakeholder partnerships to align business demand, communication, and change readiness
  • Familiar with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Ability to oversee risk and controls, driving KRI tracking, issue/risk remediation, and effective governance
  • Support workforce planning, managing hiring pipelines, staffing alignment, and resource allocation
  • Define and deliver services effectively, including scope, and performance monitoring

Location

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.

Salary information

Minimum Salary: $155,000

Maximum Salary: $225,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

    Manages a wide range of stakeholders across various projects, including executives, project managers, and external clients. They ensure communication and alignment across all projects within the program.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    Manages risks and issues at a higher level, focusing on cross-project dependencies and potential impacts on the broader program or business strategy.
  • Resource Management:
    Responsible for allocating resources across multiple projects, balancing priorities, and ensuring that resources are used efficiently across the program.
  • Financial Management:
    Manages the overall program budget, tracking the financial health of multiple projects and ensuring that the program as a whole delivers value.
