Physical Therapist Aide

JAG Physical Therapy is an outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company with 150+ facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to serve as the liaison between the patient and the Physical Therapist, ensuring patients have a positive experience from arrival to departure.

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience, to be discussed with recruiter)

• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability necessary to adjust to fluid situations
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day
• Wash and dry laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available
• Work as a team member to ensure the patient receives a positive experience
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
