In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely servicing of syndicated and bilateral loans within Wholesale Lending Operations. Key responsibilities include managing funding and settlement queues, validating credit agreements, and ensuring system integrity across platforms such as ACBS and Loan IQ.

You will maintain compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements while acting as a liaison between internal teams and external agents to support the complete loan lifecycle.

To be successful as a Loan Operations Analyst, you should have:

  • Comprehensive understanding of syndicated loan servicing processes, including funding, settlements, and reconciliations

  • Proficiency in loan servicing systems such as ACBS and Loan IQ

  • High attention to detail with knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and risk mitigation procedures

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Familiarity with global banking systems and agency servicing workflows

  • Experience managing distressed loan situations and handling complex utilization processes

  • Ability to perform cash reconciliations and conduct advanced investigations using tools such as Intellimatch, Reclite, and Delphi

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.

Minimum Salary: $64,000

Maximum Salary: $87,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To support Wholesale Lending with day‑to‑day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.

Accountabilities
  • Support with day‑to‑day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
  • Monitoring the bank’s lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
