Job

• Develop and run reports in Excel and Zarpac.
• Coordinate Lean Six Sigma activities and Green Belt training.
• Support Black Belts by collecting off‑shift data.
• Follow up on project action items and complete action items for projects.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
• Assist with plant floor studies.
• Collect, input and analyze data.
• Develop project implementation plans.

• B.A. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Ability to work flexible, irregular, as well as weekend shifts if required.
• Strong PC skills in Excel.
• Four‑year college degree in a technical related field; mechanical aptitude and background in statistics considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma concepts.
• Computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Approachable personality and ability to work with many levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required.
• Preferably a new graduate.

Mon - Fri, typically first shift with possible off‑shift and weekend work. Maximum 40‑hour work week (no overtime).
