Order Processor

Our client, a leading organization in the warehousing and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Order Processor to join their team. As an Order Processor, you will be an essential part of the Warehouse/Distribution department supporting the efficient flow of materials and products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm (flex start time) – No Weekends!

• Count and verify items against order tickets to ensure accuracy
• Inspect and examine all materials and shipments for quality issues, overages, or shortages, and report findings to supervisors
• Participate in routing, counting, and inspecting items during loading and unloading processes
• Select products and process orders accurately using manual methods and computerized warehouse management systems
• Ensure that staged and stored products are placed in safe areas at appropriate heights, adhering to safety guidelines

• Ability to read and write in English effectively
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying items
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Capability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and operate at heights up to 50 feet
