As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow. Along the way, you will get to:

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost‑effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
• Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair.

• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions.
• IT-related certificate or diploma.
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• A+ certification (preferred).
• Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred).
