Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Seller Enablement domain within Rocket Growth. This high-impact role will focus on building features and processes that allow new sellers to onboard quickly and start selling sooner, while also removing any blockers preventing sellers from listing their full selection on Coupang. You will design scalable solutions that improve seller experience, accelerate time-to-market, and unlock growth opportunities for Coupang and its partners.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.

What You will do
  • Onboarding Acceleration:
    Define and deliver features that streamline seller registration, compliance, and setup & settlement processes.
  • Selection Unlocking:
    Identify and eliminate barriers preventing sellers from listing their entire catalog, ensuring maximum assortment availability.
  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    Develop a roadmap for seller enablement aligned with Rocket Growth's strategic objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Partner with engineering, operations, business, compliance, and seller support teams to define priorities and alignments across functions and deliver seamless solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    Use analytics to identify friction points, measure onboarding speed, and optimize workflows.
  • Customer Obsession:
    Understand seller pain points and design intuitive, scalable solutions that improve their experience.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Drive experiments, A/B tests, and post-launch analysis to refine processes and features.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
  • Proven track record of launching products that improve onboarding or operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets and driving insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience managing cross border business for ecommerce companies.
  • Experience in seller onboarding, compliance, or catalog management.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
