You’ll work on business‑critical systems that support manufacturing, inventory, e‑commerce, and order‑to‑cash workflows.
You’ll have real ownership

You’ll help shape how L2 Brands uses AI responsibly to improve development speed, quality, and business outcomes.
What You’ll DoPartner with business users to understand their challenges and turn them into practical, reliable application solutions.
Design, build, deploy, and support applications that power order‑to‑cash, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
.
Own the full development lifecycle—requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Build and maintain SQL Server databases, integrations, APIs, and cloud‑hosted services.
Improve quality and speed through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and AI‑assisted development tools
.
Evaluate and integrate AI services where they deliver measurable value—always aligned with security and data governance standards.
Collaborate across IT and business teams, document your work, and share knowledge to raise the bar for everyone.
What You’ll Bring3–5 years of professional development experience.
A solid understanding of manufacturing and order‑to‑cash processes (order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, payments).
Strong SQL Server skills and experience building business‑focused data solutions.
Comfort working independently, juggling priorities, and owning outcomes.
Experience in Agile or iterative development environments.
Hands‑on experience (or strong interest) using AI tools like Claude, GPT, or Copilot to support development.
ERP or business systems experience is a big plus;
Access/VBA is a bonus.
Full‑time, salaried, in‑office or hybrid role depending on where you're located
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
, Monday–Friday
Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for deployments or support
Travel for training or equipment evaluation may occur (less than 10%)
