Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) night shift position, requiring a MO or compact RN license and competency in both CVICU and general ICU care.

• Work in a hospital-based Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
• Care provided for both cardiovascular and general ICU patient populations
• Night shifts are 7:00pm to 7:30am with weekend rotation
• 13-week travel assignment
• May be required to work in the general ICU if there are no heart cases due to low CV case volume
• Floating between CVICU and general ICU is required based on patient census
• Weekend shifts are part of the rotation schedule
• Assignment is suitable for experienced ICU nurses comfortable with variable patient types
• Low volume cardiovascular program may impact daily unit assignment

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Must be able to provide competent care in both CVICU and general ICU settings
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Two references required for consideration
• Must provide copies of Driver's License and Social Security Number
