Industrial Electrician

We are looking for an INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN to join our Hannibal, MO team. As an Industrial Electrician with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will support manufacturing operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and electronic equipment.

• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance repairs on electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs and plant control systems.
• Repair and adjust equipment, machines, and defective components, replacing worn parts such as gaskets and seals in watertight electrical equipment.
• Calibrate testing instruments and install or repair equipment to prescribed specifications.
• Inspect, adjust, and replace components as needed.
• Perform routine and emergency electrical tasks including, but not limited to, diagnosis of motor and electrical equipment faults, wiring issues, equipment replacement, etc.
• Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
• Complete logs, reports, and respond to equipment alarms.

We Require:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1-year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Welding experience.
• Good organizational and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions for determining silo volumes, material flow rates, etc.
• Computer literacy.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends) to support a 24/7 operation.
