As a Hospitality Specialist, you will support both clients and staff by promoting health and safety throughout the organization. * Key Responsibilities:

*** Uphold Preferred Family Healthcare’s Operational Guidelines and professional code of ethics
* Promote a safe and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors
* Greet all individuals promptly and courteously
* Provide assistance, direction, and information to clients and visitors
* Conduct ongoing threat assessments and enforce safety measures
* Respond to and intervene in unsafe situations using approved de-escalation techniques
* Support crisis prevention and management efforts
* Participate in staff development, meetings, and reflective practice
* Build positive relationships through open and interactive communication
* Assist in resolving client issues and complaints
* Serve as a role model by demonstrating positive behavior and promoting hope and resilience
* Maintain readiness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Leadership Team
** Education and/or Experience

Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
* Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan
* Crisis intervention experience strongly preferred###
*
* Additional Qualifications:

*** Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Basic math proficiency
* Problem-solving and common-sense decision-making abilities
* Ability to follow directions and accept supervision
