Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Shift: 1st

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

Role is responsible for accurately receiving raw materials, packaging, and supplies;maintaining inventory records, assisting with purchase;and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition
• Match deliveries to purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to unload, move, and store materials safely
• Enter receiving and inventory data into computerized inventory and ERP systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories as scheduled
• Identify, report, and help resolve inventory discrepancies or damaged goods
• Maintain accurate receiving paperwork, logs, and inventory records
• Provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse and production staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, and company policies
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized receiving area

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification and hands-on forklift operating experience
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and shipping documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate material handling equipment throughout the shift
