Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join a team. • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

• Manage and oversee renewals, marketing efforts, and new business development.

• Work on small to mid‑market accounts, primarily in the farm/agriculture, dairy, and contractor industries.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.

  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or account management, preferably with exposure to farm/agriculture and related industries.

  360 software is preferred.
