You should be open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Assist guests, solve their specific needs, and be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the store to improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with food safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services; assist guests with enrollment, activation, and use.
• Help guests use Target Wallet and other app features; assist with returns following policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards; follow training and best practices.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up orders, and returns; comply with applicable laws (e.g., beverage laws where relevant).
• Support cash office processes as needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and a helpful, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and engage around offerings.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance (frequently lifting up to 10 pounds).

• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts; you must work at least one shift within 5 months or you will be terminated administratively.
• On-Demand roles are not posted on the weekly schedule; shifts are picked up via the myTime app.
• Attendance and reliability are essential; extended absence may lead to termination.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable fair chance ordinances.
