Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. They must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little or some supervision. They should be detail-oriented and have proven time management skills, integrity, respond to operational concerns, and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support non-sales functions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Assist customers with product order status, direction to store departments, and basic inquiries.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
• Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to execute store objectives.
• Demonstrate integrity and time management in daily tasks.

• Experience working in customer service or retail operations is helpful.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, be detail-oriented, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
