• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing merchandise signing and clearance merchandising best practices.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are returned to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with laws, including adult beverage regulations where applicable.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks; engage with guests to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Climb ladders when needed and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions, including Drive-Up and carryout duties.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
