Adventist Health Hanford, located in Kings County, is a 173‑bed hospital serving the Central Valley community. This 8‑hour part‑time position offers a $4K welcome bonus and covers Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday shifts.
Job SummaryDeliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients and oversee nursing staff as appropriate. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, patient‑centered care using critical thinking and independent judgment.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze assessment data to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote a healing environment.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate duties and coordinate the healthcare team.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Acute‑care facility experience preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Certification in CPR or BLS/HS‑BLS/RQIBLS.
- Required:
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS/HS‑PALS/RQIPALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/HS‑ACLS/RQIACLS).
